@ChrisCharabaruk As far as I understand, CoM separates non technical issues, CoC declares anti-harassment. I want the latter this time.

@ChrisCharabaruk it's a community declaration against harassment. Since we don't control the community, we can't have enforcement.

@ChrisCharabaruk the proposed CoC may work on other projects, but not for us without solid dividing lines between community and project.

Banning from developer community is kind like a death penalty for us. I am strongly against it, for whatever reason.
